RETURNS POLICY

Making Returns

Always double check all dimensions of your bath before ordering. Please inspect your bath fully upon arrival for visible damage before signing for them, signing not checked is not acceptable. In the event of a problem with any of our products, we will arrange for the collection and rectify or replace defective/faulty items. Any unwanted  items returned to us, unless otherwise agreed, will incur a 30% re-stocking fee. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
